The Challenge
The existing basement was an unfinished space that needed to be divided into functional rooms and prepared for future use.
The project required building the interior walls and closets from scratch, creating framing around the existing well and drain room, and working around ducts, pipes, and ventilation channels at the ceiling.
The basement also needed a complete electrical installation, drywall, doors, trim, and professional surface preparation before the final painting.
Our Solution
Euro Pros transformed the unfinished basement by constructing the new interior layout from scratch and coordinating the framing, electrical, drywall, and finish carpentry.
New 2×4 walls and closets were constructed to define the interior spaces. The ceiling was carefully framed around existing ducts, pipes, and ventilation channels and then finished with black paint.
We installed the new electrical wiring, switches, outlets, and recessed lighting. After framing and electrical work were completed, drywall was installed and professionally finished with taping, joint compound, and sanding. The walls were left smooth and ready for painting, with the final wall painting completed by the homeowner.
