Complete overnight renovation of a retail office space, including painting, flooring, carpet installation, baseboards, door trim, ceiling finishes, and furniture restoration — completed in 7 working nights while the store remained operational during the day.
The Challenge
The project required a complete interior update while the LensCrafters location remained open during normal business hours. All construction work had to be completed at night, and the space had to be cleaned, organized, and ready for employees and customers by 8:00 AM every morning.
The seven-night schedule required careful coordination of flooring, painting, carpet installation, electrical work, and furniture protection while avoiding interference with other contractors working on site.
The project also involved working around expensive equipment, eyewear displays, office furniture, and business documents that had to remain protected throughout the renovation.
Our Solution
Euro Pros developed a night-by-night work plan to complete the renovation within the seven-night schedule while keeping the space ready for business every morning.
We coordinated our work with the electricians and other contractors, carefully sequenced flooring and painting operations, and protected all furniture, displays, equipment, and business materials throughout the project.
The renovation included wall preparation and painting, new quartz vinyl tile flooring, carpet installation, new baseboards, painted door trim, ceiling grid and vent painting, and furniture restoration.
