The bathtub itself remained in place, allowing us to focus the renovation on updating the surrounding finishes and improving the overall appearance and functionality of the bathroom.

The existing layout was also maintained, helping us complete the renovation efficiently without unnecessary changes to the room.

4. New Tub Surround and Tile Installation

One of the biggest changes in this bathroom was the new tile installation around the bathtub.

The existing small-format wall tile was replaced with large-format marble-look tile installed in a clean horizontal layout.

The larger tile creates a brighter and more contemporary appearance while giving the tub and shower area a completely refreshed look.

A recessed shower niche was also incorporated into the tiled wall. The niche was finished with matching tile and decorative edge trim to create a clean and finished appearance.

Careful attention was given to the tile layout, corners, exposed edges, and transitions around the bathtub.

5. New Vanity and Bathroom Fixtures

The existing vanity was replaced with a new dark-colored vanity featuring a white countertop and integrated sink.

We also installed a new bathroom mirror, vanity light, and toilet to create a more cohesive and updated appearance.

A new floor HVAC vent grille was also installed as part of the renovation.

The bathroom received a new exhaust fan to improve ventilation and help manage moisture in the space.

6. Painting and Finish Work
